Weigh In Take Two
So kinda stop counting and caring? Had the fattiest week of my life last week, and so i’m now back on the bandwagon
Bad food really does mess you up, not just your body, but your mind and your mood - honest to god I felt sluggish.
Back on the old healthy diet thing now :)
Gonna start this weight recording again, not everyday this time, but Saturdays and Wednesdays

Day 22 - Weighed less during the day?
Guys, I don’t know if you know the reason for this but I weighed myself first thing in the morning at around 9.30am, and was 146pounds pre-breakfast and post-wee. At around 4.30pm, after breakfast and lunch, I weighed myself again and was 144.8pounds. I put the scales in the same position, wore the same underwear, put it on the same tile, and yet I weighed less than I did pre-breakfast =\ I didn’t eat past 9pm yesterday, nor did I pee/number 2 again before I reweighed, so just really confused. which one should I believe? x
